રાજા હિન્દુસ્તાનીની સફળતા બાદ જાણે કરિશ્મા માટે ઓફરોની લાઇન લાગી હતી. આ ફિલ્મ પછી તે 'બીવી નંબર 1', 'હસીના માન જાયેગી', 'દિલ તો પાગલ હૈ', 'હીરો નંબર 1', 'હમ સાથ સાથ હૈ', 'દુલ્હન હમ લે જાયેંગે', 'ઝુબૈદા' અને 'ફિઝા' જેવી ફિલ્મોમાં જોવા મળી હતી. આ ફિલ્મોમાં કરિશ્માના અભિનયના ખૂબ વખાણ થયા હતા. કરિશ્મા છેલ્લે 'મર્ડર મુબારક'માં જોવા મળી હતી.
