બોલીવુડના દિગ્ગજ અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્રનુ નિધન બધા માટે ખૂબ જ દુખદ સમાચાર છે. તેમણે પોતાના કરિયરમાં એક થી એક ચઢિયાતી ફિલ્મો આપી અને વધતી વયમાં પણ ફિલ્મી દુનિયામાં કામ કરવાની સાથે જ સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર પણ ખૂબ એક્ટિવ રહેતા  હતા. તેમની લાઈફસ્ટાઈલ ખૂબ જ દેશી હતી. 
 
હિન્દી સિનેમાના દિગ્ગજ અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્ર દેઓલે 89 વર્ષની વયે દુનિયાને અલવિદા કહી દીધુ. બોલીવુડથી લઈને તેમના ફેંસ માટે આ એક અપૂર્ણનીય ક્ષતિ છે. છેલ્લા કેટલાક દિવસોથી અભિનેતા વય સબંધી સમસ્યાઓને કારણે હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ હતા. અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્ર હંમેશા એક જીંદાદિલ માણસ હતા અને સોશિયલ મીડિયા દ્વારા ફેંસ સાથે અપડેટ રહેતા હતા. તેમની ફિલ્મ ઈક્કીસ રિલીજ માટે તૈયાર છે. હી-મેનના નામથી જાણીતા અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્રએ વધતી વયમાં પણ ખુદને ખૂબ એક્ટિવ રાખ્યા હતા. દેશી શાકભાજીથી લઈને ફિઝિકલ એક્ટિવિટી સુધીની ઝલક તેઓ ફેંસ સાથે શેયર કરતા હતા.  
 
અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્રને ફિટનેસ ફ્રીક ના રૂપમાં જાણીતા હતા અને 89 ની વયમાં પણ તેઓ પોતાના ડાયેટથી લઈને ફિટનેસ સુધી માટે સજગ હતા. તેમની સાદગીએ જ ફેંસને હંમેશા તેમની સાથે જોડી રાખ્યા હતા. તેમનુ નિધન બધા સિનેમા પ્રેમીઓ માટે ઉંડુ દુખ જેવુ છે. તેઓ પોતાના ફાર્મ હાઉસમાંથી પોતાની લાઈફસ્ટાઈલ સાથે જોડાયેલ તસ્વીરો વીડિયો શેયર કરતા રહેતા હતા. જેનાથી જાણ થતી હતી કે તેમના જીવવાનો અંદાજ એકદમ દેશી હતો.

ઘરની રસોઈ કરતા હતા પસંદ 
અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્રની જીવનશૈલી એકદમ સરળ હતી. તેઓ લોનાવાલામાં તેમના ફાર્મહાઉસમાં રહેતા હતા, જ્યાં તેઓ ગાયો અને ભેંસોની ખેતી અને ઉછેર કરતા હતા. તેમના ફાર્મહાઉસમાં ઓર્ગેનિક શાકભાજીથી લઈને તાજા ફળો સુધીની દરેક વસ્તુની ખેતી કરવામાં આવતી હતી. તેમને ઘરે બનાવેલા ખોરાક વધુ ગમતો હતો.
 
વય સાથે રાખ્યો હતો ફિટનેસનો ખ્યાલ 
અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્ર દરરોજ ઉંમરને અનુરૂપ કસરત, સ્ટ્રેચિંગ અને હળવી ફિઝીયોથેરાપીમાં પણ વ્યસ્ત રહેતા હતા. તેમણે સક્રિય રહેવા માટે કેટલીક નવીન રીતો પણ શોધી કાઢી હતી, જેમ કે લોટની મિલ પર પોતાનો લોટ પીસવો. આ વિડિઓમાં, તમે અભિનેતાને સાયકલ ચલાવતા જોઈ શકો છો જ્યારે લોટ દળવામાં આવી રહ્યો હોય, જે તેને કસરત સાથે કામને જોડવાની એક શ્રેષ્ઠ રીત બનાવે છે.

સ્વિમિંગ દ્વારા પણ રહેતા હતા ફિટ 
અભિનેતા ધર્મેન્દ્રના ફાર્મહાઉસમાં એક સ્વિમિંગ પૂલ પણ હતો, અને તે વારંવાર તેમાં સ્વિમિંગ કરતા હોય તેવી પોસ્ટ્સ શેર કરતો હતો. વધુમાં, ખેતરમાં ટ્રેક્ટર ચલાવવું, પાલતુ પ્રાણીઓ અને ફાર્મહેન્ડ્સ સાથે સમય વિતાવવો અને કડક આહારનું પાલન કરવું એ બધા અભિનેતાની દૈનિક જીવનશૈલીનો ભાગ હતા. આ દિનચર્યાનું પાલન કરવાથી વ્યક્તિ વૃદ્ધાવસ્થામાં પણ સ્વસ્થ અને સક્રિય રહી શકે છે.
