प्रात: काल में हमारा मस्तिष्क बहुत ही संवेदनशील होता है। ऐसे में यदि वह सकारात्मक बातें ग्रहण करता है, तो जीवन में सकारात्मक घटनाएं ही घटती हैं, लेकिन यदि वह लगातार नकारात्मकता ग्रहण करता है तो जीवन में नकारात्मकता ही घटित होती है। अत: हमारी सुबह यदि शुभ दर्शन और शुभ कार्यों के साथ शुरू होगी तो संपूर्ण दिन भी शुभ ही होगा। 

शुभ संकेत :

*सुबह उठते ही अगर शंख या मंदिर की घंटियों की आवाज सुनाई दे तो यह शुभ होता है।

*नारियल, शंख, मोर, हंस या फूल आपको सुबह-सुबह दिख जाए तो समझिए आपका पूरा दिन शुभ बीतने वाला है।

*यदि सुबह घर से निकलते ही आपको कोई सफाईकर्मी दिखाई दे तो इसे भी शुभ संकेत माना जाता है।

*धर्मग्रंथों और ऋषि-मुनियों के अनुसार ऐसा माना जाता है कि हमारे हाथों की हथेलियों में दैवीय शक्तियां निवास करती हैं। अत: सुबह सुबह हाथों को देखना शुभ होता है।

*यदि सुबह उठते ही गाय दिखे या उसकी आवाज सुनाई दें तो समझें दिन बेहद शुभ होने वाला।

*सुबह सुबह जल का पक्षी, सफेद फूल, हाथी, मित्र आदि को देखना भी शुभ माना जाता है।

*सुबह के समय में आग का दिखना या हवन को देखना भी शुभ माना गया है।

* गोबर, सोना, तांबा, हरी घास देखना भी सुबह के लिए शुभ माना गया है।

*सुबह सुबह श्रृंगार की हुई सुहागन स्त्री का दर्शन बड़ा ही शुभ माना जाता है।
